About Iryna Demchyk

Iryna Demchyk is Outsourcing Partner at RSM Ukraine, serving national and international clients in accounting, taxation, HR administration and payroll.

Experience

Before joining RSM in 2025, Iryna built and led her own accounting outsourcing company, serving over 40 corporate clients across various industries. Prior to that, she worked as Chief Accountant for large wholesale, manufacturing, and construction companies.

Iryna has deep expertise in bookkeeping and accounting under both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Ukrainian Accounting Standards, Ukrainian tax legislation, as well as in HR and payroll — personnel administration, payroll calculation, and labor relations support in line with Ukrainian labor law.

She develops and implements internal accounting policies and procedures, liaises with tax authorities, banks, and insurance companies, and supervises the implementation and configuration of accounting software. She has hands-on experience managing accounting for multiple legal entities and branches, restoring accounting records, tax optimization, and supporting import/export and trade operations, including commission structures. She is also proficient in civil and business law, budgeting, cash flow management, and control of receivables/payables.

Iryna has designed organizational models and operating procedures for outsourcing teams, built accounting systems for newly established entities, and advised clients on restructuring and optimization. She provides services to a broad range of sectors, including wholesale and retail, manufacturing, construction, and international service businesses, and has worked with multinational clients.

Iryna applies a structured and pragmatic approach, focused on improving efficiency, implementing automation, and delivering measurable results.
