With over 15 years of experience working in Tax and Consulting services, Ngan has been involved in providing advisory and compliance services relating to market entry, tax advisory, double tax treaty to the multinational corporations in various industries.

Ngan has also performed the consulting services in human resources, executive search, payroll outsourcing, labor compliance, tax planning, tax health check and other compliance for the purpose of risk management in compliance as requested by the clients and the purpose of M&A of companies in Vietnam.

Ngan is a member of the Vietnam Tax Consultants’ Association (VTCA) and involves in professional in-house training as well as presenting at training courses of updating on tax and labor laws to RSM's clients regularly.

With a passion for establishing strong client relationships built on insight understanding and helping clients succeed as well as the practical experience and professional competency gained in many years in the field of tax review, HR and advisory services, Ngan shall bring value-added services to the clients to be in charged of.
