ABOUT IZUKANJI

Izukanji Nachivula Mwaba is a Tax Manager in the Tax and Advisory Services Department at RSM Zambia, with over 15 years of experience in taxation, accounting, audit and business risk management. She has extensive experience in local and international taxation, transfer pricing, tax compliance and strategic tax advisory, with exposure to both the Zambian and South African tax environments.

Izukanji supports clients in navigating complex tax legislation and regulatory requirements. Her expertise includes developing tax strategies, conducting tax research, managing tax compliance engagements and providing practical advice tailored to clients’ commercial and operational needs. She also has experience leading tax teams and managing client relationships.

Her background in accounting, audit and business risk management provides a strong foundation for delivering practical and commercially focused solutions. Before specialising in taxation, Izukanji gained accounting experience within a regulatory environment and audit experience with Deloitte.
