Josipa is a Partner at RSM Croatia Outsourcing d.o.o., a newly launched member firm within the RSM network in Croatia, established to strengthen the network’s presence in accounting and payroll outsourcing services. 

Josipa is responsible for strategic business development, team leadership, and managing relationships with key clients. With over 20 years of professional experience across payroll, accounting, and audit, Josipa brings a comprehensive understanding of financial processes, compliance, and operational management. Her career began in accounting and audit, including several years at RSM Croatia, where she provided audit and advisory services to domestic and international clients across various industries. 

Josipa combines technology skills to upgrade processes and to provide effective and coordinated outsourcing solutions. It focuses on clear communication, client needs and long-term partnerships.
