RSM, the 6th largest global network in audit and consulting, advised Rexel, a global expert in multichannel professional distribution of products and services for the energy sector, during its acquisition of Freshmile, an independent operator of electric vehicle charging stations in Europe.

This acquisition enables Rexel to implement its strategic roadmap to strengthen its software and solution capabilities in green energy. The Group acquired 100% of Freshmile Services.
