RSM has been structuring its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) approach—named ECHO—for nearly two years. This project reflects our deep commitment to creating meaningful and sustainable value for both our employees and our clients. Measuring our results transparently and highlighting our initiatives is an integral part of this approach.
Our mission and values
In 2021, we collectively defined a mission that now guides our actions and supports our vision of becoming a true mid-cap company, placing people at the heart of our model and generating purposeful value: "Helping people and organizations grow while serving the common good."
For RSM, this means combining the agility of a human-scale integrated firm with the strength of an international network. At RSM, our teams are engaged in an entrepreneurial dynamic and deliver multidisciplinary support in accounting, consulting, and audit.
Corporate governance that ensures transparency and coherence through dialogue
To position CSR as a true driver of transformation, RSM implemented dedicated governance structures during 2022–2023. This new governance model enables collective decision-making, supported by all regional offices, and presents these decisions to the RSM France Strategic Committee.
The CSR Steering Committee includes 21 members:
- Four operational leads: the CSR Manager, who coordinates and drives the CSR strategy; the Internal Communication Manager, responsible for internal project communication; the Marketing and Communication Director; and the CSR Advisory Partner;
- One CSR Sponsor, responsible for the project’s success;
- Five Axis Sponsors, each overseeing one strategic area of the roadmap;
- Nine CSR Representatives tasked with deploying and promoting the CSR approach within their respective regions or business units.
CSR, a core pillar of the "Growing together" strategic plan
As part of the continued rollout of its 2026 strategic plan, Growing Together, RSM France continues to strengthen its structure. We have defined the main drivers of our development, with the ambition of generating long-term, sustainable value for our organization and our clients.
The integration of CSR challenges into our business strategy and corporate vision marks a new chapter. Backed by our CSR initiatives, we have built a more robust framework by identifying strategic priorities and translating them into a roadmap composed of 10 key sustainability topics.
