Changing perceptions of differences

The RSM Foundation was established in 2019 under the auspices of the Fondation de France to change perceptions around differences. It promotes professional inclusion for vulnerable individuals and people with disabilities.

With a commitment to sharing expertise and networks, the Foundation supports around ten associations and programs through financial and skills-based sponsorship. Every year, RSM employees actively contribute to building a more inclusive ecosystem by participating in supported projects. This ongoing commitment helps reduce inequality.

By aligning the company with a meaningful mission, the RSM Foundation and RSM France employees are working to change mindsets and bring added purpose to their professional roles.

In 2025, the RSM Foundation will focus on implementing projects with its partner associations. No calls for projects will be issued, and no new applications will be reviewed by the Executive Committee this year.

The Executive Committee of the RSM Foundation is composed of nine board members: three qualified individuals and six RSM employees.

The board reviews eligible projects, selects those to be supported, and determines the amount of grants awarded.

Qualified members

Sarah Ourahmoune

Named Olympic silver medalist at the Rio Games, Sarah is the most decorated French female boxer: ten-time French champion and world champion in 2008. A multi-time European medalist, she remains the first French female boxer ever to qualify for the Olympics.

Passionate about sharing her skills and love for the sport she describes as a life school that teaches anger and stress management, Sarah fights social exclusion in the ring—training drug users, sex workers, school dropouts, juvenile offenders, and people with disabilities.

An entrepreneur at heart, she joined Sciences Po’s incubator and founded Boxer Inside, opening her own boxing gym in Paris. She also leads Start Us Up, the first program combining entrepreneurship and sport, initiated by the U.S. Embassy in France.

Sarah is also a spokesperson for Paris' bid for the 2024 Olympic Games and serves as Vice President of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee in charge of diversity and inclusion.

Corinne Thouvenin

Holder of a postgraduate degree in business law (Paris XI in partnership with HEC), Corinne worked as a tax lawyer for twelve years. At EY, she specialized in serving non-profit organizations (associations, foundations, endowment funds), public and semi-public bodies (museums, hospitals, universities), and social entrepreneurs.

Since 2012, she has been involved in structuring complex projects and founded BETTERMENT, a "PhilanthropyOffice" to help cause-driven clients turn their vision into structured, impactful initiatives.

Nantenin Keita

Born in Mali, Nantenin Keita moved to France due to her albinism, which still carries stigma and risk in some regions. As a teenager in France, she discovered athletics and has never looked back. Competing in the Paralympic category due to severe visual impairment from her albinism, she became a European champion (2014, 2016), World Champion (2006, 2015), and Paralympic gold medalist in the 400 meters at Rio 2016.

Alongside her athletic career, she earned a BTS in sales and joined the HR department at Malakoff Médéric, where she supports employees with disabilities throughout their careers.
She also remains involved in Mali through the Salif Keita Foundation, which supports albino children and families by improving education, healthcare, and public awareness.
