Notus Technologies' Investment in Douze Cycles
his investment strengthens Notus Technologies' commitment to sustainable mobility, following the 2017 acquisition of Amsterdam Air, a leader in the online sale of tricycles and cargo bikes, and the majority stake acquisition in Nihola France, a manufacturer of 100% French-made tricycles, in the previous November.
Founded in 2012 by Thomas Coulbeaut, Douze Cycles designs, manufactures, and markets cargo bikes and longtail bikes. Located between Dijon and Beaune, the company exports half of its production, primarily to Germany, Benelux, and Switzerland. Douze Cycles' cargo bikes are recognized for their robustness, maneuverability, and characteristic sleek design.
Since its inception, Douze Cycles has established itself as a leading player in the market, equipping numerous professionals for their delivery activities, as well as families.
