About Charlotte

A graduate of KEDGE Business School (Bordeaux), Charlotte gained seven years of experience at EY, where she advanced from intern to manager within the Financial Accounting and Advisory Services (FSO) department. She joined RSM in October 2014 to contribute to the creation and development of the Consulting team.

For the past 15 years, she has primarily worked in the insurance sector, focusing on finance function transformation (tools, processes, organization, etc.) and project management.
