RSM, the world’s 6th largest audit, accounting, and consulting network, has established a presence in the French Caribbean through the integration of Guth & Novara, a firm based in Saint Martin.
This first office in the region strengthens RSM’s footprint in the Caribbean and supports the firm’s ambition to serve its existing clients operating in this overseas territory.
This development is part of RSM’s broader growth strategy, which is focused on providing multidisciplinary support through strong regional hubs, and further enhances its positioning as a leading advisory network for mid-sized companies (ETIs) and SMEs across local markets.

The Saint Martin office offers a broad range of services, from business creation and HR advisory to strategic growth support, both within the Caribbean and internationally.
The team brings deep expertise in sectors such as hospitality and tourism, real estate, and liberal professions. In the hospitality sector, the office is actively involved in tourism development projects, in partnership with Protourisme, a leading consultancy in tourism engineering.
This integration opens the door to strong synergies with RSM’s existing client base in the Caribbean. The founders’ continued involvement ensures a smooth transition, with consistency in methods and tools aligned with the broader RSM network.
“Our decision to join RSM marks a new chapter in our development. From an independent firm to a national network, we’re now ready to offer our teams broader career opportunities, backed by the strength and technical capabilities of the RSM brand. Guth & Novara becomes RSM Antilles Saint Martin, while maintaining our core values: client proximity, sector-specific expertise, and team commitment " , said Thierry Guth, founder of Guth & Novara and new Partner at RSM.
“We were impressed by the energy and vision of Guth & Novara and its founder, Thierry Guth. Beyond the synergy in our expertise and sector focus, we share a common entrepreneurial journey. This new office strengthens RSM’s position as a leading strategic advisor for dynamic mid-sized companies and SMEs, both in mainland France and across its overseas territories,”

RSM now aims to expand its presence in other key Caribbean economic hubs, including Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana, with further integrations under consideration in the medium term.
