(Japanese Speaking) ERP Senior Consultants / Consultants, Taipei Office / Remote (Visa Sponsorship available)

主な職務内容：

  • ビジネスプロセスの知識を活かし、クライアントと共にビジネス要件を特定・分析し、NetSuite/SAPの機能を活用した革新的なソリューションを開発。
  • ビジネス要件、フローチャートや図式、機能仕様書、テストスクリプトなどの文書作成。
  • ERPの設定およびトラブルシューティングの管理。
  • カスタマイズ、統合、レポート、データ移行活動への参画。
  • （シニアコンサルタントの場合）プロジェクト各フェーズでのテスト活動のリード。

応募資格：

  • 学士号（専攻不問）。
  • シニアコンサルタントは2年以上のERP導入実務経験必須。経験が浅い場合はコンサルタントとして検討可。
  • 日本語および英語／中国語の優れた会話力・文章力。
  • 優れた対人能力、コミュニケーション能力、問題解決能力。
  • 出張可能な方。

職位要求：

  • 任何學科之學士學位。
  • 高級顧問需具備2年以上ERP導入實務經驗，經驗較少者可考慮為顧問職位。
  • 精通日語及英語／中文之口語與書寫能力。
  • 良好的人際關係、溝通及問題解決能力。
  • 能接受出差。

As a project team member in the Technology Consulting practice, you will work with project leads/managers to execute ERP implementations and changes to existing systems using the firm's project methodology. 

Our NetSuite team crosses 20-plus countries on 5 continents. You will be comfortable with working with our team members globally. 

Our clients are leaders in their sectors. You will work with them to develop solutions that meet their organizational strategy and objectives, enabling them to take full advantage of NetSuite and the benefits/agility that cloud applications bring. Our clients will see you as a trusted advisor, and you will work closely with them to identify, analyse, and solve their business challenges. 

As part of your role, we will provide broad opportunities to develop your application and consulting skills. Through training and experience gained on projects, you will be expected to complete NetSuite certification to support our reputation and positioning in the market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bring business process knowledge to work with clients to identify and analyse their business requirements, develop innovative solutions that leverage NetSuite/ SAP capabilities.
  • Deliver written reports, including business requirements, flowcharts and schematic diagrams, functional specifications and test scripts.
  • Manage ERP configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Provide input to develop customisations, integrations, reports and data migration activities.
  • Lead testing activities in each phase of the project lifecycle for the position of Senior Consultant.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Senior Consultant should possess 2+ years of hands-on ERP Implementation experience, less experienced may be considered for the position of Consultant.
  • Strong command of spoken and written Japanese and English / Chinese.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to travel.
