First and foremost, thank you to all our clients, business partners and definitely our dedicated employees who have helped us successfully navigate the challenges of the pandemic throughout the year. Although the crisis has somehow revealed some of our weaknesses, we have also seen some inspiring occasions of collaboration and resilience of the human spirit.

2020 has been an extraordinary challenging year for individuals and businesses everywhere. Widespread disruptions to many operations have made the past 12 months arduous. It has been a year of change and adaptation for many, in RSM Hong Kong, we developed ways of staying connected and assisting our clients and each other succeed. We provide ideas, insights and practical steps to help them to navigate complexity and find A new way forward. 

In a year filled with challenge it is a testament to our employees’ professionalism. I am proud of how passionately each member of our team contributes both individually, and through their team working to ensure our clients have access to the most dynamic, custom-built and innovative services. I know their positive attitude and commitment will continue to ensure our clients achieving their business goals through 2021 and beyond. We are all expecting to more exciting new projects in 2021, with both new and existing partners and clients.

Finally, on behalf of our partners, I wish you, your family and loved ones a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I am optimistic about the future and believe in a brighter 2021. We look forward to your continued support, as we are determined to continue the theme of collaboration.
