Information Security Policy
RSM Studio Tributario e Societario considers the information that users entrust or process through the service it makes available to them to be a precious asset. For this reason, the Firm assumes responsibility for protecting and enhancing such an asset by guaranteeing that the information can be used with due assurance of accuracy and completeness, that it is adequately protected from misuse, unauthorized disclosure, and damage or loss.
Therefore, this Information Security Policy expresses the commitment to ensure the security of information, physical, logical and organizational tools suitable for information processing in all its activities and to guarantee the requirements of confidentiality, integrity and availability of critical or sensitive information entrusted to it, carrying out appropriate controls to prevent violations of these requirements.
The objectives of the information security policy are the following:
- to consolidate the firm's image as a reliable and competent data manager;
- to protect its information assets related to IT processes and services supporting the activities providing professional services rendered by Certified Public Accountants and Lawyers and accounting and tax processing services;
- to gain a competitive advantage over other market players providing similar services by highlighting the value of information for RSM Studio Tributario e Societario;
- to avoid, to the extent possible, disruptions related to IT processes and services supporting the activities providing professional services rendered by Certified Public Accountants and Lawyers and accounting and tax processing services, which may impact the clients;
- to take measures to ensure staff retention and its expertise;
- to fully respond to the directions of the current and mandatory regulations;
- to increase the level of awareness and competence on security issues within the staff.
