RSM Studio Tax Legal & Advisory has announced the appointment of Alessandro Carturani as a new Partner. The decision, approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on 2 December, will take full effect from 1 January 2026.

This appointment marks an important milestone in Carturani’s career and recognises more than 15 years of contribution to the growth of the Firm and to the strengthening of the international RSM brand within the Italian professional services market.

Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with over 15 years of experience within RSM’s Tax & Advisory practice. Building on previous roles in leading tax firms, he has developed solid expertise in Corporate Income Tax (Advisory & Compliance), Tax Planning, and Transaction Support, assisting multinational groups and small-to-medium enterprises in extraordinary transactions, corporate reorganizations and international expansion projects.

His work includes managing tax due diligence processes, supporting M&A transactions and advising on the optimisation of tax processes.

His professional journey enables him to combine a strong technical background with an in-depth understanding of administrative and tax operational processes, ensuring excellent standards in supporting both national and international groups.
