RSM Studio Tax Legal & Advisory has announced the appointment of Silvia Cirillo as new Partner. The decision, approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting hold on December 2nd, will be effective from January 1st, 2026.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in Cirillo’s career and recognises more than 15 years of contribution to the growth of RSM’s Tax Practice in Italy and to the expansion of the Firm’s presence in the Italian professional services market.

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor with over 15 years of experience in RSM’s Tax & Advisory practice, Silvia has worked across various industrial and commercial sectors. Her areas of specialisation include domestic and international VAT, Accounting, Tax Compliance and Transaction Support, encompassing tax due diligence, advisory on extraordinary transactions and ongoing support on corporate tax matters.

Before joining RSM, she built a solid professional background within international groups in the fashion, luxury and accessories industries, as well as in medium-sized Italian companies operating in the consumer and retail sectors. Over the years, she held roles of increasing responsibility in administrative oversight, general and cost accounting, and in financial closing and reporting processes.

This combination of experiences enables her to integrate strong technical expertise with a solid operational understanding of administrative and tax processes, providing high-value, qualified support to both national and multinational groups.
