Hideyuki Totani had experience auditing the manufacturing, transportation, and food and beverage industries.

At the same time, he had experience auditing the initial year of transition to an Incorporated Administrative Agency, consulting for the Ministry of Finance in Japan, and supporting the preparation of financial statements for each ministry.

Since joining RSM Seiwa, he has mainly provided auditing services for listed companies, support for public offerings, and various consulting services.

Notably, he played a crucial role in the audits related to Dynam Japan's IPO, the first Japanese company listed directly on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, M&A by a foreign entity, and corrective action to fraudulent financial statements. 

These experiences underscore his ability to handle high-stakes audits.
