Kakuro Tsuda has been engaged in statutory and IPO audits of listed companies in various industries, mainly in the media, entertainment and manufacturing industries at a large auditing firm over the past 20 years. 

In addition to auditing, he has also been involved in quality control, writing books, and lecturing at seminars. Also in RSM Seiwa, he is in charge of several IPO engagements and listed companies.
