Audit Quality Report 

RSM Seiwa Audit Corporation's management philosophy is "to contribute to the development of capital markets through high audit quality." Maintaining and improving audit quality is a top priority in our operations, and we are committed to building a quality management system (quality management foundation).

Furthermore, strengthening and enhancing the management foundation of the audit firm is essential. Therefore, we are developing a human resources foundation to support the quality management system, an IT foundation to adapt to digitalization, a financial foundation to be a sustainable audit firm not dependent on specific audit fees, an international support foundation to assist companies expanding overseas, and an organizational and governance foundation to support all of these foundations.
