Every day, I move between two worlds that at first glance seem opposed, but in fact complement each other - auditing and paragliding. One world is structured, filled with numbers, controls and evidence, while the other is dynamic, dependent on wind, thermals and human judgment. What unites them is the same requirement - discipline, attention and responsibility.
Risk should be identified before it becomes a problem
As a pilot and live-tracking manager at international competitions, I always put safety first. My work requires careful monitoring of flights, continuous analysis of conditions and identification of risks before they become problems. Every GPS signal is checked, every track log carefully monitored, and the team’s quick response in critical situations can be key to safety. The responsibility is significant - the safety of every pilot on the field depends on how quickly and accurately we respond.
Professional scepticism and trust
In auditing, although the context is different, the principles are similar. Control, planning and attention to detail form the foundation of trust and quality. The professional scepticism I have developed as an auditor teaches me not to take anything for granted, to seek evidence and confirmations, and to always verify every piece of information. In paragliding, this means closely monitoring the situation, noticing signals that may indicate danger and responding in time.
Theory, practice and confidence
Theory and practice are the foundation of success - whether in auditing or paragliding. In auditing, learning principles and procedures creates a framework for analysis; in paragliding, experience and continuous monitoring of flights show me how that framework applies in real conditions. The combination of knowledge and practical application is what brings confidence, efficiency and trust.

Control as a prerequisite for freedom
But paragliding is not only about control and analysis - it also brings a sense of freedom and inspiration. Even as a beginner pilot, the feeling when I take off and know that preparation and attention are in place is priceless. Every flight also shows me that discipline and vigilance are not limitations, but prerequisites for true freedom.
Preparation, attention and timely response
In the end, auditing and paragliding teach me that success and safety depend on preparedness, attention and the ability to respond in time. From one world, I gain structure and methodology; from the other - passion and an understanding of the human aspect of every decision. They complement each other perfectly and, for me, represent a symbol that true control is never a limitation, but a prerequisite for freedom and success.
