Iva is a Partner and Head of the Legal and Human Resources Department at RSM Macedonia, joining the firm in 2014. She is responsible for all legal engagements and processes within the company, ensuring their full compliance with applicable regulations.

Iva has extensive professional experience in Business Law, Commercial and Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Anti-Money Laundering, Tax Law, Regulatory Compliance, and Public Administration. She provides proactive and in-depth legal advisory services tailored to the company’s and clients’ business needs, offering practical and sustainable legal solutions.
