Our History

• Our Firm was formed in the year 1977 and was a member firm of Arthur Young International, (one of the 8 largest firms worldwide at that time) until 1990.

• Abdulhameed Nazer joined as a partner with Dr. Abdelgadir Bannaga in 1992.

• In 2007 the partners Dr. Abdelgadir Bannaga and Abdulhameed Nazer decided to start a new professional firm with high calibre professionals and resources which became member of RSM International in 2009.

• During the year 2014 Mr. Mohamad AlNader joined the firm as a partner & also the name of the firm changed to Allied Accountants. 

• With dynamic expansion plans Mr. Nader expanded the presence of RSM in the central and easter region, forging dynamic team, relationships and diversifying services, he added, Management Consulting, IT & Technology Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Business Support Services to RSM's portfolio. 

• Today RSM has over 300+ professionals pan Saudi Arabia with expertise in every domain.
