Promoting inclusion, dialogue, and leadership in finance

At RSM Switzerland, we are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion within the financial sector. As part of this commitment, we have been proud to sponsor and co-sponsor educational events organised by 100 Women in Finance in Geneva over the past several years—bringing together professionals, thought leaders, and changemakers.

100 Women in Finance is a global organisation serving professionals across the finance industries. Through education, peer engagement, and impact initiatives, it aims to empower women at every career stage to achieve their professional potential and to advance gender equity in finance.

From 2021 to 2025, we have collaborated on a variety of meaningful events. Most recently, in 2025, we co-sponsored an insightful Cybersecurity panel discussion, featuring expert perspectives on digital risk management, data protection, and building cyber-resilient organisations. The event provided a platform for knowledge exchange and diverse perspectives on one of the critical challenges facing the finance industry today.

Through our engagement in these events, we continue to:

  • Promote gender equity in financial services
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and networking
  • Contribute to building a stronger, more inclusive industry
