Weronika holds a Master's degree in business law and a CAS in accounting and taxation. She has also completed the tax expertise program at ExpertSuisse. She has specialized in corporate and individual’s taxation by working for RSM Switzerland for the past 8 years and providing tax advice to numerous Swiss and international clients within the RSM network.

She has a strong background in mergers and acquisitions, VAT, stamp tax and trading issues, group structuring, tax rulings and tax negotiations. She works with all types of companies and has extensive experience in the commercial, technology and service sectors.
