About Marine

Marine Mathias holds the position of Senior Manager within the Private Client Services & Global Employer Services (GES) team at RSM Switzerland, which she joined in January 2022.

She supports an international client base comprising expatriates and employers in a complex and highly regulated tax environment. Marine has extensive experience in Swiss and international taxation, gained notably during her six years at the consultancy firm Deloitte in Geneva, where she worked in the field of international mobility for a large expatriate population.

Accustomed to cross-border contexts, Marine assists her clients on matters of both tax compliance and structuring and optimisation, working closely with HR, payroll and legal teams. Her pragmatic and solution-oriented approach enables her to offer tailored support, adapted to the specific challenges of each situation.

Marine holds a Master’s degree in French business law as well as a Master’s degree in economic law from the University of Geneva.
