Member of the Executive Committee of RSM Switzerland, Elie contributes to defining and executing the firm’s strategy alongside Management, the Board of Directors and Partners. 

He supports the firm’s development by aligning growth ambitions, operational priorities and strong governance.
A graduate of EHL Hospitality Business School, he brings an international background combining strategy, business development, technology, complex project management and operational leadership.

His approach is grounded in listening, trust and the ability to bring together different expertise and perspectives.
