About Claudio

Claudio holds a certificate in Finance and Accounting, as well as a certificate in Tax Accounting and Tax Reporting.

With over 15 years of experience in corporate tax law, Claudio has worked within the Tax Administration of the Canton of Ticino, handled complex corporate tax returns, and provided tax advisory services for companies, including assignments for Big Four firms.

He has extensive expertise in corporate taxation, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, group structuring, tax compliance, tax reporting, OECD Pillar Two, and tax accounting.

He is fluent in French, English and Italian.
