About Deborah

Deborah Joye-Ebener joined RSM in August 2026 as a Partner in the Tax & Legal department of RSM Switzerland. Based in Lausanne, she advises entrepreneurs, families, investors and national and international groups on tax, wealth management and strategic matters.

With over twenty years’ experience in Swiss and international taxation, Deborah advises her clients on a wide range of topics, including corporate tax structuring, business transfers and succession, wealth planning, international mobility, cross-border transactions and complex group reorganisations.

Before joining RSM Switzerland in 2026, Deborah served as Tax Partner in charge of operations in French-speaking Switzerland and as a member of the Swiss Executive Committee at Forvis Mazars. Throughout her career, she has built up extensive experience in supporting business leaders and shareholders through key stages in the life of their companies, both in Switzerland and internationally.

Her approach is characterised by her ability to take a holistic view of tax issues and to coordinate the tax, legal, financial and operational expertise required to implement pragmatic, value-creating solutions. She regularly advises on matters involving corporate governance, growth, business succession, internationalisation and corporate transformation.

Recognised for her ability to listen, her strategic vision and her client-focused approach, Deborah favours an approach based on foresight, close collaboration and the search for solutions tailored to her clients’ long-term objectives.

Deborah speaks French, English, German and Swiss German.
