About Jérémy

Jérémy is a Senior Manager in RSM's Corporate Finance Advisory department in Geneva.

He specialises in buy-side financial due diligence, having completed more than 20 assignments over the last three years, mainly on mid-market transactions between CHF 5 million and CHF 50 million. He assists investment funds, industrial groups and strategic investors in complex environments with high-stakes decision-making.

At the same time, Jérémy is involved in M&A advisory mandates, both on the buy and sell sides, covering the entire transaction cycle: preparation, financial analysis, stakeholder coordination and support through to closing.

He also participates in valuation assignments (company valuation, determination of the cost of equity, specific financial analyses) carried out in the context of transactions, internal projects or exceptional situations, particularly in the context of litigation or restructuring.

Before joining RSM, Jérémy developed solid expertise in transaction services, valuation and M&A advisory services at leading institutions and firms, including BPI France, H.I.G. Capital and Deloitte Switzerland.
