Andreas Grossenbacher

Director Accounting & Employment

Andreas joined RSM Switzerland in October 2023, assuming the role of Director in the Accounting and Payroll Administration department. He leads a team and actively supports our Managing Partners in shaping the strategy and further development of the department.

Prior to joining RSM, he acquired significant professional experience, spending nearly five years at Mazars SA, eight years at Kendris AG, and nine years at KPMG. Furthermore, he holds a Diploma in Fiduciary Services and has successfully completed a MAS in Fiduciary and Business Consulting.

Andreas possesses extensive expertise in accounting, particularly in the areas of outsourcing financial accounting and payroll accounting for both domestic and international clients. He assists his clients in developing and implementing decision-making frameworks in the fields of accounting and financial reporting.
