About Nicola

Nicola works as a Manager in the Global Employer Services (GES) team at RSM Switzerland in Zurich. He holds a degree in Business Law with a specialization in Tax Law and has more than eight years of experience in Swiss and international tax advisory. Prior to joining RSM, he spent seven years with a big four company and one year with a specialized tax advisory firm, advising multinational companies, entrepreneurs, executives, and internationally mobile employees.

His focus areas include Swiss and international individual taxation, global mobility, immigration, and social security matters. He regularly advises multinational corporations and their employees on international assignments, global mobility tax policies, work and residence permits, remote work arrangements, cross-border employment structures, business travel compliance, and employee compensation matters.

Through his pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, Nicola supports clients in navigating complex international mobility challenges while ensuring compliance with Swiss and international regulations.
