Our Geneva/ Lausanne office is looking for:

Audit Assistant Manager/ Manager | Audit | 100 % | Geneva or Lausanne

Your responsibilities:

  • Participate in / lead the audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS)
  • Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, donor audits
  • Work with our clients to create solutions to their financial accounting, process, and systems challenges
  • Contribute actively to the growth and development of the Audit team at RSM Switzerland
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients throughout the year
  • Develop an understanding of the RSM culture, team spirit, methodology and tools  
  • Be the brand ambassador for RSM and role model for younger team members, whilst promoting RSM values

Your profile:

  • Swiss Licensed audit expert
  • Certified Accountant (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA or equivalent)
    5–10 years of audit experience with both local and international clients, with proven expertise in Swiss CO, IFRS, and/or Swiss GAAP FER
  • Demonstrated experience in managing international client portfolios and leading audit teams across complex mandates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent in French, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English; knowledge of German is a strong asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other commonly used business applications; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
