Pannee has specialised auditing, bookkeeping, accounting and finance experience gained from a Big “4” accounting firm prior to joining the RSM group. Pannee is the Finance Director for RSM Thailand where she heads up the business and accounting function for ten companies within the group.
Solutions
Pannee’s time spent in the industry ensures that she understands the requirements of both clients as well as the RSM Thailand group including:-
- All issues concerning to payroll;
- Producing and finalising annual financial statements and consolidating them;
- Management functions including budgets and cash flows;
- Tax compliance issues, corporate income tax, withholding tax, value added tax, special business tax and stamp duty; and,
- Control of expenditure cycles and petty cash.
Significant Projects
- Completion of numerous audits for manufacturing, retail, trading companies, listed companies and their subsidiaries.
- Management of payroll function for one hundred plus employees within the Thailand group.
- Management of consolidation accounting functions for all ten companies within the Thailand group.
- Supervision of team of accountants.
