Gareth has been the Managing Director of the RSM Thailand Group since 2002 and in addition to overseeing the overall administrative operations he heads up the corporate advisory and restructuring division.
Mark has been in Thailand since 1990 and has been a director of RSM (Thailand) since 2001. He has significant experience in professional practice, including a detailed knowledge of the requirements for investment in Thailand and the regulatory requirements for entities doing business in Thailand.
Surachai has specialist audit and assurance experience in professional practices including both the Big “4” and second tier international firms and as a result has a detailed knowledge of various corporate transactions encompassing a number of industries in addition to some investment banking experience gained from a Thai public security company.
Pannee has specialised auditing, bookkeeping, accounting and finance experience gained from a Big “4” accounting firm prior to joining the RSM group. Pannee is the Finance Director for RSM Thailand where she heads up the business and accounting function for ten companies within the group.
Pardorn commenced his legal career in 1998 gaining experience with large trading and manufacturing companies as well as with leading international law firms prior to joining RSM Thailand in 2004, where he is now the In House Legal Director managing a team of qualified lawyers.
Lehum commenced her professional working career in 1999 and worked with another international second tier consulting firm prior to joining RSM in 2004. Lehum has been an audit director since 2011 and as well as being a certified public accountant in Thailand she was also admitted in 2010 to become a SEC listed auditor.
Paul has over ten year’s recruitment experience and joined RSM in 2014. Starting his career recruiting engineering and manufacturing professionals within the industrial and FMCG sectors, Paul moved on to sourcing senior level professionals within the management consulting sector, partnering with strategy houses, Big “4” consulting firms and boutique consultancies.
