EU funds remain one of the most important sources of development finance in Croatia. The Competitiveness and Cohesion Programme 2021-2027 continues to open new calls, the completion of Croatia's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) is changing the rhythm of funding, and negotiations on the 2028-2034 EU budget are already shaping the next period. No, the decision lies with the funding authority. What we can promise is expert, timely preparation and an honest assessment of your chances before you invest time and money.
The earlier, the better. For larger investments, we recommend starting several months before the expected call, as studies, permits and supplier quotes take time.
Irregularities in procurement or reporting can lead to reduced funding or repayment. That is why we monitor implementation from day one and flag risks while they are still easy to fix.
