Highlights 2023/24

In 2023/24, RSM pursued the deployment of its CSR strategy, a roadmap of 5 pillars and 10 priority issues.
7 working groups have been set up to roll out priority projects, including CSRD, extra-financial performance and the decarbonization trajectory.
The network has completed several cross-functional projects, including the introduction of a company-wide code of conduct.

RSM began structuring its CSR strategy, known as ECHO, almost two years ago. This project reflects our profound desire to create useful and sustainable value for our employees and customers. Measuring our results transparently and valorizing our actions is an integral part of this approach.

 

Our key figures and milestones 2023/24

 

Governance pillar

  • 100 % of employees informed of the CSR policy roll-out ;
  • Updated code of conduct to cover all priorities and professions ;
  • Implementation of 24/7 data and infrastructure protection.

 

Economy pillar

  • 79 % would recommend RSM ;
  • 10 RSM partners, extra-financial consultants, including 8 partners with the sustainability visa certification ;
  • 1 global RSM CSRD methodology.

 

Social pillar

  • 92,82 % of staff have received training;
  • 75 % of employees would recommend RSM ;
  • 77,97 % of staff have received a bonus from the value sharing scheme.

 

Environnement pillar

  • RSM's carbon footprint is estimated at the equivalent of 3,828 tons of CO2 ;
  • RSM is committed to reducing its emissions by 3% in absolute value by 2030.

 

Society pillar

  • 16 % employees involved in the RSM Foundation ;
  • 40 % of partners are members of a professional network ;
  • 11 % of partners training students.
