About Axelle  

Axelle spent around ten years in in-house HR and payroll roles before joining RSM eight years ago to manage a payroll portfolio. She then moved into management and helped build the Mediterranean Employment & Payroll practice, which she has led for more than three years.

Axelle believes that business performance and employee fulfilment go hand in hand. Her leadership style rests on trust, high standards and talent development. Under her leadership, the practice has become more structured, deepened its expertise and grown steadily.
