About Jimmy

Jimmy joined RSM Paris in September 2025 as a Partner in the Advisory practice. He leads the Business Risk and Compliance team, which specializes in the financial sector, including investment funds, asset management companies, investment firms, and banks. His team provides, in particular, outsourced RCCI/RCSI functions.

Jimmy has over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, spanning banking and asset management. He began his career in compliance and internal control roles at Amundi Asset Management. He then held compliance leadership positions in the banking sector within the Crédit Agricole Group, overseeing multiple business lines from a compliance perspective, including asset management, banking, real estate, and private equity.

He subsequently joined Keys Asset Management as Director of Compliance and Internal Control (RCCI), before taking on general management roles as Secretary General and then President.

This career path has given him a comprehensive, 360° view of the investment fund and asset management sector, from regulatory matters and fund structuring to capital raising and investment activities.

Jimmy holds the AMF certification and the RCCI card issued by the AMF.
