About Thomas

Thomas is a Partner in RSM France’s Advisory practice. He has more than twenty years of experience helping companies and organisations transform their key functions, manage their risks and achieve lasting performance improvements.

During his time at major firms, he built expertise in financial audit, organisational consulting and risk advisory. He also served as Chief Risk, Audit and Compliance Officer at a mid-sized company in the housing sector.

Thomas works with large groups, mid-sized companies and SMEs on finance function transformation, particularly in the context of the French e-invoicing reform. He also helps them strengthen their internal control and internal audit frameworks and manage their regulatory compliance obligations, especially under the Sapin II anti-corruption law and the GDPR.
