The certification methodology of Europrivacy™/® is based not only on the GDPR but also on the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) doctrine. It complies with the provisions of Articles 42 and 43 of the GDPR and follows ISO methodology to deliver reliable GDPR certifications for an organization’s products, processes, and services.
