RSM France, member of the world’s 6th largest network in audit, accounting, and consulting, expands its advisory offering by joining forces with Fidufrance Avocats, now operating under the brand RSM Avocats.
The firm’s history dates back to 1933. It became a law firm in 1992. Its five partners — Denys Angeloglou, Arnaud Bied, Jean-Marie Bonneville, Grégoire Gilbert, and Vincent Hominal —initiated and are leading this integration with RSM France.
With the addition of RSM’s legal team in Paris, the firm now comprises 30 professionals, including 14 lawyers.
Strengthened expertise in legal services
Fidufrance is a business law firm mainly involved in advising and negotiating mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity financing transactions (private equity, IPOs), as well as providing legal counsel and operational support in the structuring and restructuring of companies, and in the structuring and transfer of business owners' personal assets.
This partnership with RSM France reflects a strong alignment of values, centred on fully supporting business leaders and entrepreneurs in all their legal and economic challenges.
This integration enables RSM France to extend its range of services to businesses through interdisciplinary collaboration with the legal profession, in strict compliance with the regulations governing each profession—ensuring the highest standards of competence and ethics.
"Our integration with Fidufrance is a sign of confidence in our model and enables us to offer our clients enhanced support in legal services," says Stéphane Marie, président of RSM France.
"Driven to support our clients at the heart of their concerns, this human and professional alliance allows us to offer a more comprehensive approach", says Arnaud Bied, head of RSM Avocats.
