RSM in France, a member of the 6th largest global network of audit, consulting, and accounting firms, concludes the 2022-2023 fiscal year with an organic growth of 15% compared to the previous year. RSM France generated a revenue of 155 million euros.

These results reflect the sustained growth across all service offerings in RSM’s regional offices in France, with significant momentum in the areas of CSR and data services.

The 2022-2023 year was marked by the appointment of 7 new partners and a significant increase in payroll, underscoring the firm’s strong commitment to value-sharing.

These results demonstrate the relevance of the strategy implemented through the 2026 "Grow Together" plan, which capitalizes on human resources to provide a multidisciplinary, local offering that creates meaningful and sustainable value.

RSM in France, a member of the 6th largest global network of audit, consulting, and accounting firms, announces a significant increase in its revenue, reaching 155 million euros for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2023.

Strong organic growth, supported by committed teams

RSM’s significant growth in France is the result of a collective effort by over 1,300 employees who thrive within an entrepreneurial culture. The quality of life at work (QVT) survey conducted in June 2023 among all employees revealed that 96% of them feel they have sufficient autonomy to develop their skills on the assignments entrusted to them as well as in intrapreneurial projects. Moreover, 95% of employees express satisfaction with the work atmosphere within their teams. These results are also accompanied by a strong commitment to ensuring equity in the remuneration policy and value-sharing, allowing the benefits of collective work to be shared. All employees are eligible for a supplementary remuneration scheme.

Paul Vaillant, President of RSM France, stated: “I thank each of our employees and partners who have fully contributed to accelerating RSM's growth in France, despite a fluctuating and uncertain macroeconomic environment. They embody the dynamism of a young and rapidly growing brand. Our development has expanded across all service lines, with a balanced activity between expertise, audit, and consulting. This is a true sign that we are a complete multidisciplinary firm, capable of supporting our clients on all their challenges. This organic growth, in a market driven by external growth, positions RSM France as a robust player and a true mid-sized firm serving other mid-sized businesses.”

Structuring Programs to Create Meaningful Value

RSM continues to develop and strengthen its structuring programs as part of its strategic plan 2026 "Grow Together". With the ECHO project, RSM is rolling out its CSR strategy across all regions, hubs, and sectors. This rollout follows the establishment of CSR governance (appointment of CSR referents and sponsors among partners, institutionalizing a CSR Steering Committee) and the formalization of a roadmap consisting of 10 priority issues. The #VousN’avezPasFiniDeGrandir campaign, launched at the beginning of 2023, marks the development of the employer brand with a strong focus on supporting and nurturing talent. In continuation, RSM has reorganized its HR governance body by splitting the HR and Training Committee into two distinct entities. The creation of a dedicated Training Committee aims to enhance existing training programs, further improving the 91% of RSM employees who received training during the year.

Innovative and local multidisciplinary offer

This year, RSM intensified its local approach by reinforcing regional offices to address the full range of issues faced by executives, with financing, data, and CSR at the forefront. The integration of Legal & Digital in 2022 has enabled RSM to accelerate its proactive approach to compliance, AI, and finance function transformation. The internal launch of the AI Lab will enable the deployment of generative AI capabilities in new solutions. Significant technological investments have also been made, including the deployment of new internal solutions for clients and intelligent accounting tools. These investments aim to create a fertile ground for implementing innovative solutions in the future. The multidisciplinary offering has also expanded, with the arrival of a new team driving the "non-profit" sector offering, specializing in the social and solidarity economy. The CSR offering has also been enhanced with experts in carbon footprint assessments, decarbonization strategies, and the implementation of the CSRD.

“2024 looks like a promising year for RSM, notably with imminent external growth projects. We continue to strengthen our regional presence and expand our service offerings. Our clients are facing increasingly complex challenges, including more stringent regulations (CSRD, MiCA, CRR3) and a talent shortage alongside rising operating costs. Moreover, the gradual implementation of electronic invoicing and the growing risks of cybersecurity remain key challenges. RSM will be even more present in 2024 to provide its clients with increasingly pragmatic solutions, utilizing the best tools and the latest technologies,” said Paul Vaillant.
