CELNOR Group was supported by a Franco-British RSM team led by Partners Eric Fougedoire, Mark Leyland, Laura Bollen and Cécile Guyot.

This acquisition marks the second external growth operation carried out by CELNOR Group with the support of RSM’s Corporate Finance team.

Through this new operation, RSM reinforces its role as a trusted advisor to companies in the TICC sector during their strategic acquisitions.
