RSM, the world’s 6th largest audit and consulting network, has renewed its partnership with the University of Strasbourg’s Entrepreneurship Hub for the second consecutive year.

As part of the PEPITE ETENA program— supporting early-stage projects from students and recent graduates— RSM will provide guidance on key financial and legal matters, including fundraising, business planning, structuring business models, and legal frameworks.

A committed player in the regional entrepreneurial ecosystem, RSM Strasbourg reinforces its role in promoting business creation and student entrepreneurship in Alsace.

A strengthened commitment in 2024

In 2023, RSM contributed 60 hours of support with eight experts in accounting, law, and entrepreneurship. To extend this engagement, RSM Strasbourg renewed its sponsorship agreement with the Université of Strasbourg Foundation on May 27, 2024.

In January, CAP 21 officially became RSM’s Strasbourg office. In 2024, the team continues its commitment alongside RSM Colmar, with activities held across the Strasbourg and Mulhouse campuses.

Strategic Partner of PEPITE ETENA

Porté par le pôle entrepreneuriat de l’Université de Strasbourg, le programme PEPITE ETENA Led by the University of Strasbourg, the PEPITE ETENA program has supported more than 260 student entrepreneurs across Strasbourg, Mulhouse, and Colmar in 2023—over 200 of them based in Strasbourg. With an annual completion rate of 25–30%, the program offers comprehensive support in launching viable and innovative businesses.

RSM contributes financial, legal, tax, and business expertise throughout the program. In 2024, the firm will also provide three days of tailored coaching for the eight PEPITE ETENA award winners.

In addition to this initiative, RSM Strasbourg supports local development as a partner of the Illkirch Merchants’ Association and the Alsace Regional Development Agency (ADIRA).

“We are delighted that experienced professionals from the Alsace business community are contributing to the promotion and growth of the entrepreneurial mindset among our recent graduates, says Grégory Hébinger, Head of the Entrepreneurship Hub at the University of Strasbourg.

For more than 20 years, we’ve supported hundreds of entrepreneurs in Alsace. We’re thrilled to continue this collaboration, which allows us to scale our efforts to boost local economic vitality and nurture new entrepreneurial talent. To help these young entrepreneurs take the next step, we bring them hands-on, operational guidance—something many other professionals don’t offer. Supporting entrepreneurs in the early ideation stage, even before incubation, is both enriching and a valuable source of innovation within our firm,” adds Thierry Guth, Partner at RSM.
