About Luc

Luc Petiteau is a chartered accountant specialising in HR, employment and payroll advisory.

He has been a partner at RSM France since 2009, where he developed the group’s employment and payroll practice.

After a first stint in banking, he quickly moved into accounting and joined the finance department of a fast-growing group, which gave him a clear view of the value of the finance function. This experience led him to specialise in HR and payroll, a more people-focused field.

He has also built solid experience in a wide range of areas: business management, taxation, business creation, new technologies and start-ups. His aim is to help companies manage their payroll securely and choose the tools that will really be useful to them, simplifying their day-to-day administration.

Since January 2025, Luc Petiteau has been head of the Mediterranean region.
