The RSM France Foundation, which works towards the professional integration of vulnerable individuals and the inclusion of people with disabilities, is celebrating its fifth anniversary.
The Foundation's ambition remains the same: to change perceptions of differences.
Since its first executive committee, which includes Nantenin Keita, Sarah Ourahmoune, and Corinne Thouvenin, the RSM Foundation has supported and partnered with 19 associations.
In 2025, the RSM Foundation welcomed new partner associations: Réseau Etincelle, La Cravate Solidaire, Zicomatic, and My Human Kit.
The RSM France Foundation, hosted by the Fondation de France, has been guided by the same mission since 2020: to encourage solidarity within society. With the goal of changing perceptions of differences, it has been working for five years in favor of the professional integration of vulnerable people and the inclusion of people with disabilities.
"Sharing one’s skills with those who need them seems more crucial than ever. Whether in our professional or personal activities, differences enrich us and contribute to giving more meaning to our work. The RSM Foundation is focused on others and allows everyone to make a difference," emphasizes Philippe Coquereau, Président of the RSM France Fondation.
Since its creation, the RSM Foundation has supported around twenty partner associations. In 2025, following its annual call for projects, four new partner organizations- Réseau Etincelle, La Cravate Solidaire, Zicomatic and My Human Kit - joined the RSM Foundation.
To date, the Foundation supports 15 associations, such as Time2Start, L'Institut de l'engagement, Refugee Food and Viensvoirmontaf.
Growing Commitment
The RSM Foundation is pleased with the growing involvement of RSM employees within these associations. In 2024, 16.6% of employees participated in various activities (webinars, training, and advisory sessions).
The Foundation aims to strengthen this involvement by encouraging employees to engage more actively. By intensifying this commitment, it hopes to strengthen solidarity and change perceptions of differences.
