RSM, the world’s 6th largest audit, accounting and consulting network, reports a 7% increase in revenue, reaching €184 million

This performance is supported by strong growth in audit activities, confirming companies’ confidence in the network’s quality and expertise.

The results are also driven by technological transformation support services, which middle-market companies rely on to ease economic pressures and comply with regulatory requirements (including e-invoicing).

The co-optation of 8 new partners and the arrival of RSM Avocats in April 2025 mark a new milestone in the network’s development in France, strengthening its expertise - particularly in legal services.

At the heart of companies’ priorities, and under the leadership of RSM France’s new governance, the strategy - driven by the ambition to make RSM a signature firm - focuses on four pillars: innovation, excellence in teams and services, proximity, and relevance of solutions.

Paris, December 10, 2025

RSM France, member of the world’s 6th largest audit, accounting and consulting network, announces a 7% increase in revenue for the 2024–2025 financial year, reaching €184 million. This performance is driven in particular by growth in Audit activities, confirming companies’ trust in the network’s expertise and its ability to support them.

Strengthening expertise to support companies facing regulatory challenges

Activity is also driven by technological innovation serving the middle market, helping businesses adapt to economic constraints and anticipate regulatory developments (e-invoicing, compliance, sustainability).

RSM France is enhancing its capabilities to support companies in their compliance, structuring and risk-management challenges.

The integration of Fidufrance, now RSM Avocats, marks an important step in developing the legal offering. This new team, specialized in business law, mergers & acquisitions, financing and restructuring, complements the network’s longstanding audit and consulting activities.

The co-optation of eight new partners reflects the network’s growth momentum across France and its ambition to align its expertise with market needs, particularly in the banking and insurance sectors, which face major challenges in compliance, governance and e-invoicing.

A new flagship headquarters

Continuing this momentum, RSM France is moving into new offices in the heart of Paris’s business district, in Opéra.

This modern and collaborative space embodies the movement, innovation and service excellence the firm aims to offer both its clients and its teams.

"In a context where business leaders must navigate increased regulatory requirements, technological transformation driven by AI and uncertain political conditions, our role is clear: to be a solid, reliable and useful partner. This growth reflects our clients’ trust and our ability to provide them with concrete solutions, secure their decisions and help them move forward with confidence", says Stéphane Marie, President of RSM France.

A clear ambition: becoming a Signature Firm

These initiatives are part of the strategy set by the governance elected in December 2024 and aim to make RSM a Signature Firm: a firm that does not merely exist in its market, but one that leaves a lasting mark on its environment, recognizable through the uniqueness of its approach, the impeccable quality of its services and the strength of its impact.

RSM seeks to affirm its identity as a firm close to its clients (geographically but also at the heart of their challenges). It also aims to help the men and women of RSM grow by offering an environment that encourages boldness, continuous development and the expression of individual strengths.
