Your challenges

Since 2020, e-invoicing has been mandatory for transactions with the public sector. Its extension to all businesses, initially scheduled for July 2024, has now been postponed to 1 September 2026. This additional time gives you the opportunity to prepare for the transition with confidence, reduce processing costs, optimise cash flow, and improve the reliability of your VAT reporting through standardised and secure digital exchanges.

Our approach

Our experts support you throughout this transition phase by helping you define a clear roadmap aligned across your business functions. We carry out a comprehensive assessment of your information systems, identify your specific flows and use cases, and advise you on the most suitable digital invoicing solution. We then oversee implementation, testing, training and ongoing support for your teams to ensure smooth and successful adoption.

From the assessment of your current environment through to implementation, we support you at every key stage. This includes a comprehensive review of your IT landscape, the identification of flows and use cases, and the definition of the target roadmap. We also assist with the selection of the platform (PDP) through requirements gathering, market solution assessment, and the drafting of functional specifications. We support implementation, testing phases, training, and ongoing team follow-up to ensure successful adoption.

Formation Qualiopi

RSM France offers a Qualiopi training programme on e-invoicing for business leaders, accountants, and Finance departments within small and medium-sized enterprises.

This training programme is designed to help participants understand the e-invoicing reform, identify the legal requirements relating to e-invoicing and e-reporting, select an approved platform (PA), and define the organisational adjustments required to ensure the company’s compliance.

Regulatory Compliance

Flash Support — Compliance Readiness

As the 1 September 2026 deadline approaches, the introduction of mandatory e-invoicing represents a major challenge for businesses. While regulatory compliance is essential, it does not in itself guarantee smooth processing once the transition has taken place. Experience from countries that have already implemented this reform shows that an adjustment period can lead to invoice rejections, data anomalies and operational disruption.

RSM France offers a flash support service dedicated to securing this post-reform phase. Our intervention is based on a targeted assessment of invoicing processes and flows, the identification of non-compliance risks, and the analysis of the potential root causes of rejections or incidents.

We provide practical recommendations and a prioritised action plan to strengthen data reliability, limit financial and organisational impacts, and embed flow quality within a sustainable performance management framework.
