Infraneo's Acquisition of Martin GmbH
Infraneo, an engineering group specializing in asset management for infrastructures, announces the acquisition of Martin GmbH, a company specializing in corrosion protection systems for pipelines, based in Hattingen, Germany. This is Infraneo’s third external growth transaction since Sparring Capital became the majority shareholder, just a month after acquiring the Esiris group.
This acquisition allows Infraneo to establish a presence in Germany, entering a niche market with strong growth prospects. After opening offices in Belgium and Spain, the group, now with a turnover of nearly €50 million, is accelerating its European development, solidifying its position as a leader in soil engineering, water cycle management, building infrastructure, mobility infrastructure, and energy. The Martin GmbH team will be led by Nicolas Martin, based in Hattingen.
