RSM Studio Tributario e Societario assisted Farmaceutici Procemsa SPA in the sale of a majority stake in the Company to Investrindustrial. 

The latter, through Investindustrial Growth, the fund dedicated to small and medium-sized European companies, has acquired from the Sertorio family 70% of Farmaceutici Procemsa, an Italian company active in the development, production and packaging of food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics, joining Alessandro Sertorio, managing director, and Filippo Sertorio, president and financial director of the company. Both will maintain their current positions to continue to guide Procemsa in its further development phase.

RSM Studio Tributario e Societario was involved as financial and tax advisor, assisting Procemsa with a team composed of partners Maurizio FERRERO and Edoardo FEA, assisted by Federico VAI.
