Jaglika Jordanova Andrijeska is the Managing Partner of RSM Macedonia, having advanced through the ranks since joining the firm in 2009.

Jaglika is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Certified Auditor with extensive experience in audit & assurance, accounting, tax consulting, international tax advisory, and financial management services. She provides strategic leadership while actively engaging in client service delivery across a wide range of national and international clients.

Jaglika has significant expertise in auditing financial statements prepared under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), conducting complex audits in the banking sector, and auditing both public and private entities. She is also a certified internal auditor, financial forensic expert, and valuator.

Jaglika is known for her client-focused approach, leadership, and commitment to excellence. She takes pride in understanding client needs, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and mentoring her team to uphold the same high standards of integrity and service.
